For just £5 per day your client gets immediate access to the premium £500 service. This should be offered as part of a high-end concierge package, or as a ‘bolt-on’.
How to Access Our Injury Management Services
Step 1
Client or group signs up for the £35 per trip/week during booking to secure immediate access to our services. Guidance for pre-trip planning and on-piste injury prevention.
Step 2
In the event of an injury, your client can call or text the dedicated hotline for immediate assistance and guidance. Attendance at resort medical centre.
In-resort video consultation with UK Trauma & Orthopaedic Consultant booked.
Step 3
Medical centre documentation and imaging uploaded. Video consultation provides guidance on current injury management and likely recovery period.
Step 4
Comprehensive injury consultation medical report sent to clients UK GP and choice of follow-up outpatient clinic. The report can be used for travel and insurance purposes, and future planning for work or social commitments.
Step 5
Receive pre-booked scans and prompt outpatient care from a Trauma & Orthopaedic Consultant anywhere in the UK, ensuring a smooth and efficient recovery process.
